Sandwich

Today, Monday August 13th I had a coronation chicken sandwich. It was very nice as most coronation sandwiches are.

Coronation chicken was created in 1953, when renowned florist Constance Spry and cordon bleu chef Rosemary Hume catered for a banquet to celebrate the coronation of Elizabeth II. It is believed to be inspired by the 'Jubilee Chicken' created for George V's silver jubilee in 1935.18 May 2018

I also had a cup of Yorkshire tea, which provides both the refreshment and caffeine to stave of post lunch tiredness.
